WHAT IS THE IDEAL DOSAGE CYCLE?
A 200mg is the standard dose, but you can take 100mg to start off with and see how your body reposed to that, and then increase the next dose as needed up to 400mg per day. Dosing cycle are the general rule is time on is equal to time off ie: 1 day on and 1 day off, Monday, Wednesday, Friday, then Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday off.
